March For Babies
Hood & Strong is proud to support the March of Dimes and their mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

The firm has participated in the March of Dimes annual March for Babies fundraiser for the past 15 years, raising more than $250,000 for this great cause.

San Francisco Food Bank
Hood & Strong employees have previously volunteered at the San Francisco Food Bank, packing 1,819 grocery boxes that were distributed to seniors. Volunteers packed boxes, unloaded pallets, and stacked assembly areas with the required items to ensure there was enough inventory. The San Francisco Food Bank relies on approximately 4,000 volunteers a month, which is equivalent to 70 full-time employees that they would have to hire if they did not have the support of volunteers. Princess Project View Photo
Hood & Strong is proud to support the Princess Project, which seeks and receives thousands of beautiful new or nearly-new dresses and accessories in excellent condition from individual donors and corporate partners. Free prom dresses and accessories are provided to high school girls who cannot otherwise afford them. Since the Princess Project began in February 2002, more than 20,000 teens have received prom dresses and accessories. In the past, Hood & Strong volunteers worked a fulfilling afternoon in the dress boutique as fitting room attendants, dress runners, and assisting girls as they searched for the perfect dress.
