Charles’ twenty-five years of experience includes twelve years working for an international distribution company, first as an internal audit manager and then as Corporate Controller. He recently returned to Hood & Strong LLP to serve as the Director of Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Control Services. Charles currently works on all of our SOX consulting and internal audit engagements. He also stays current on SOX and SEC developments and the regulatory environment by attending PCAOB, SEC and AICPA discussions and trainings. Charles conducts seminars, consults with clients, Audit Committee members, and others in the industry on these developments.
