Bob is the managing partner of Hood & Strong LLP. Bob has more
than thirty-five years of public accounting experience. He has worked
with corporate clients in areas such as structuring United States and
overseas operations, succession planning, and the integration of
family and business tax affairs. In addition, Bob has extensive
experience working with not-for-profit entities to meet all their tax
related needs including: UBIT issues, research and resolution,
exemption issues, planned giving, and the establishment of for-profit
subsidiaries in not-for-profit organizations.
