Ann-Marie is responsible for the central review function firm
wide. She reviews all attestation engagements prior to report
issuance ensuring the engagements meet the firm’s high standard of
quality on a consistent basis. She is also responsible for
coordinating the firm’s internal inspection and tri-annual peer
review under the direction of the partner who chairs the firm’s
Quality Control Committee. Ann-Marie provides technical consultations
on the application of auditing standards and accounting principles
within the firm.
Ann-Marie began her career in public accounting with a local Bay
Area firm, concentrating on nonprofit and governmental audits. She
spent five years as the Director of Finance of a local special
district. With more than sixteen years of combined public accounting
and private experience, she is able to provide the firm with
significant resources to assist the professional staff with technical
resources needed to provide outstanding service to our clients.
