Practice Focuses on Technology, Private Equity and Not-for-Profit Clients
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 9, 2011 – Hood & Strong LLP, a leading Bay Area accounting and business consulting firm, has named Milind Nagnoor, CPA, as an Audit and Advisory Partner in its San Francisco office. He was a senior manager with the firm prior to this promotion.
Nagnoor has more than 12 years of public accounting experience in the U.S., the last eight with Hood & Strong. His prior experience includes positions with KPMG, as well as seven years in India which included working with M/S R.M. Ajgaonkar & Co., an internationally recognized accounting firm in Mumbai, where he served as a practicing chartered accountant and subsequently as an associate partner.

Nagnoor’s expertise covers financial audits, accounting and business advisory services, operations and internal controls, due diligence and transaction reviews, and forensic accounting and litigation support. Specialties include software, cleantech, biotech, venture capital funds and their portfolio companies, mergers and acquisitions, and not-for-profit organizations. Active in the community, he volunteers as an advisor to The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Angels Group and is a former board member of the Mount Diablo Region YMCA. He lives with his family in Walnut Creek, CA.
