Bob has more than thirty-five years of experience in public accounting. He has worked with corporate clients in areas such as structuring United States and overseas operations, succession planning, and the integration of family and business tax affairs. Bob has extensive experience working with not-for-profit entities to meet all tax related needs including: UBIT issues, research and resolution, exemption issues, planned giving, and the establishment of for-profit subsidiaries in not-for-profit organizations. He is also immediate past managing partner of the Firm.
