This 1-hour webinar will focus on recent changes to federal and state tax legislation that affects the nonprofit industry.
– Discuss the recent and potential tax law changes that affect nonprofits
– Analyze final regulations related to unrelated business income silo rules
– Discuss changes to IRS Form 990-T
– Provide an update on IRS priority guidance plan as it relates to exempt organizations

Each CPE event carries CPE credit hours based upon a 50 minute contact hour, with the total estimated CPE amount indicated in the invitation/registration materials, subject to change based upon actual presentation time. Participants must remain connected through the webinar and respond to any tracking requests requested by the presenter (including, but not limited to polling questions, periodic acknowledgment requests, and passwords provided during the presentation.
