This webinar will focus on explaining the rules and exceptions related to benefits provided by exempt organizations and discussing under what circumstances these benefits are not subject to income and employment taxes. The webinar will include a discussion on the changes to taxability fringe benefits under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
