Exempt Organizations Tax Update

This session will focus on actual and proposed changes to federal and state tax legislations that affect the nonprofit industry.

Learning objectives:

·           Discuss recent and potential tax law changes that affect exempt organizations.

·           Analyze new regulations related to donor advised funds and clean energy credits.

·           Discuss common tax compliance issues and concerns.

·           Provide an update on the IRS Priority Guidance Plan as it relates to exempt organizations.
