Donna has spent her accounting career providing financial guidance to nonprofits. With a nonprofit background including management as well as public accounting, Donna brings a unique blend of experience and a depth of understanding which results in high-quality financial guidance. In 1991, she established Cohen Anderson CPAs (merged with Hood & Strong in 2023), with the specific goal of serving the nonprofit sector. Donna’s passion is creating accounting systems and financial structures that result in financial statements that reflect the unique nature of each organization. Donna is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
