Nick joined Hood & Strong shortly after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Over nearly 10 years, he has worked with a variety of nonprofit and commercial clients in the audit and assurance practice. Nick oversees internal operating controls, processes and practices and shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for the accounting profession in audit staff training videos and as head of the firm’s Process Innovation Group.
