Zach Davis rejoined Hood & Strong LLP in 2026 as a Senior Manager in the firm's Transaction Advisory Services Group (TAS).

Zach previously worked at Hood & Strong starting in 2015, where he managed multiple audit engagements, ensuring compliance with GAAS and GAAP, and oversaw quality of earnings engagements supporting M&A transactions, including reviewing letters of intent and analyzing financial information affecting working capital and deal valuation. Alongside his engagement work, he mentored and coached senior associates to support their professional development.

In 2019, Zach moved to the industry side, joining a global biopharmaceutical manufacturer as an FP&A Manager. Over more than six years, he led budgeting and forecasting cycles for a technical operations organization of roughly 1,500 employees and $1 billion in annual spend across five global manufacturing sites.

Zach holds a B.S. in Business Administration–Accounting from California State University, Chico, and is a member of the California Society of CPAs Leadership Institute.
