Audit Staff
Audit Staff Associates apply accounting principles and auditing procedures to client engagements, prepare work papers, and work both independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Tax Staff
Our Tax Staff accountants apply a variety of financial skills and work with a range of clients and industries to build a solid foundation of tax expertise. You will primarily prepare tax returns – for individuals, corporations and partnerships – as well as research and consult on various tax projects

Tax Intern
We offer tax internships to students who will support various assignments in our Not-for-Profit Service Group, including tax preparation and tax research projects.
Audit Intern
You’ll work with Audit team members and gain personal insight and experience while learning about a career in public accounting. These are typically two-week internships in our San Francisco or San Jose offices.
